Field Construction Supervisor

Field Construction Supervisors are responsible for site supervision duties with the support of multiple Engineers and project managers who specialises in the delivery of pipeline projects.

Personal requirements of a Field Construction Supervisor may include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical ability
  • Manual dexterity
  • Good maths and science

Field Construction Supervisors may complete the following tasks:

  • Field supervision, planning, quality monitoring, and coordination
  • Ability to liaise with associated stakeholders regarding progress of project
  • Ensure construction is preformed to design
  • Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party
  • Managing the site teams in accordance with the company’s strategic plans and objectives
  • Ensuring safety, environmental, community and industrial relations, and quality plans and procedures are adhered to across the site
  • Managing the quality of output of the project site teams including alignment with company, c, regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Participate in assembling the draft commissioning plan and operating procedures

This position requires a relevant number of years on –the-job experience plus a trade qualification.
